THE CREW
We’d like to introduce you to some our creative geniuses here at JohnHart Media.
HEATHER
Producer

Heather Moran’s wealth and diversity of experience serves her well as our co-producer. Most recently, she leant her production acumen to an irreverent sketch comedy web series that tapped into her expertise in location scouting and procurement, set design and placement, art direction, BTS photography, script writing, branding, financing, shot list creation, and even hair and make-up (both glam and SFX). She has a clear understanding of how audiences learn and process information, always searching for creative ways to establish meaningful connections through a variety of media. Always analyzing motivation at profound levels, Heather enjoys creating resonant content that artfully balances style and substance.
NIKO
Cinematographer
Versatility is at the heart of Niko Mendez’s success as a videographer bringing real estate marketing to dynamic life for JohnHart. Over his years of experience, he’s navigated a multitude of environments, pivoting his approach to bring his subjects naturally into the spotlight. Whether he’s interviewing renowned athletes, directing high profile talent, or using his discerning lens to illuminate a hidden gem of a story, Niko uses his personability to make it a comfortable experience.
Having grown up in the “little-big” town of Austin, Texas, Niko still harbors a strong affinity for southern culture.

LOUISA
Louisa exhibits fluency in design; a visual language she’s been using for over two decades to communicate not just concepts but defined essences of a multitude of diverse brands. Marrying her keen eye for detail to her passion for problem-solving, she creates designs that reinforce brand identity… and at times even guide it when necessary. Holding a company’s culture in highest regard, Louisa sees the beauty in branded visions and keeps it front and center through a wide range of collaterals including but not limited to social media ads, mailers, flyers, and brochures. She’s found that design has the power to not just communicate but connect; a philosophy at the core of every design she brings to life.

SETH
From the moment he could comprehend a sentence, Seth has been enchanted by the written word. He views language as the closest thing our world offers to magic: it can inspire emotions and revolutions alike, break hearts, illuminate darkness, and create worlds. Though he’s written for his entire life, his career began in music journalism in the mid-2000s when he worked for NYC-based Drop Dead Magazine while further contributing to underground music zines and websites. After moving to Los Angeles, Seth learned SEO while writing for online radio station Magic Monster before spending a decade drafting blogs, ads, and marketing for the burgeoning cannabis industry. Now, as JohnHart Media’s writer, Seth pens digital valentines to our audience’s hearts and minds.

IRMINA
Embracing the fast-paced environment of real estate photography, Irmina employs a discerning eye supported by nearly two decades of experience. She has a gift for identifying and emphasizing the strengths of a property while capturing images that clarify its overall potential. Finding inspiration in creative collaboration, she’s always open to new perspectives and learning experiences, exploring her subjects from every possible angle to find the one that presents them at their most uniquely beautiful.
Originally from Poland, Irmina moved to the U.S. at the age of 23. Intent on further exploring her passion for photography, she began to reach out to well-established leaders in the field, offering to exchange editing services for mentorship. Beginning as an architectural photographer, her style evolved as she worked closely under the guidance of masters of the art form.

DYLAN
Since 2022, Dylan has been exploring the subject of real estate as a means of expressing his artistry, finding inspiration in the wealth of unique structures and architectural styles emblazoned across California. Originally from the Bay Area, Dylan moved to Los Angeles in June 2025 and wasted no time finding a brokerage with a penchant for innovation that matched the pace of his boundary-pushing perspectives, allowing for a collaboration in which principle supports every visual. Backed by his Remote Pilot Certificate, Dylan quickly assesses how to best present a property, capturing it from the views that do it the highest justice.
When not in the field preserving properties in their best angles, Dylan pushes himself to the limit (and often past it) as a competitive powerlifter with his sights set on competing at the national level. It ties back into his intention to improve himself every day, an objective that keeps him learning and growing with every property, creating eye-catching imagery as unique as each home.

HAYK
Though he’s been fascinated with photography his entire life, it wasn’t until 2019 that Hayk found himself behind the lens in a professional capacity. Throughout the years, his camera has seen a lot. He’s captured MMA fights and notable UFC fighters, including Arman Tsarukyan, Chuck Liddell, Quentin “Rampage” Jackson, and Marlon “Chito” Vera. For two years, he was tasked with finding the best angle to market high-end champagne under the guidance of award-winning National Geographic photographer Dale Pearson. And, joined by full photography teams under Hayk’s oversight in a roulette wheel of different scenes and conditions, he’s executed shoots in the relentless sunshine of the Nevada Desert and the tumultuous surf of the Pacific Ocean. Adaptability has been a constant in Hayk’s life, so it’s no wonder he took to real estate photography as if it were second nature.
Originally from Yerevan, Armenia, Hayk moved to Hollywood with his family when he was two years old. A few years later, they moved to the San Fernando Valley, where he has continued residing ever since.
